What Kind of Gluten-Free Bread for French Toast?

To be honest, no one really liked it, it was a heavy, dense bread without much flavor. Due to the high price tag on gluten-free products, I froze it hoping we could find a way to use it.
It was absolutely outstanding in this recipe! While it wasn’t the best for sandwiches, it worked great for this French toast recipe. Let this inspire you to save gf products that you family didn’t care for to use in another recipe. Using up bread loaves, you weren’t fond of to make French toast, is just one of the many ways to save money and eliminate waste.
