How To Make Gluten-Free Breakfast Sandwich

Cook the eggs
Heat the skillet over medium heat. Add the egg molds and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Whisk an egg in the small bowl. Pour into the mold in the hot pan. Repeat for all the molds. Cook until the eggs are set, about 5-7 minutes.
Prep the bagels
Spread bagels with cream cheese (if using). Add the cooked egg, turkey sausage, and top with cheese.
Melt the cheese
Microwave the sandwiches for 30-60 seconds or until the cheese starts to melt. Serve hot. Enjoy!
Freeze the extras
Wrap the sandwich in parchment paper. Place into a ziplock bag. Reheat from frozen in the microwave for 2-3 minutes or until the sandwich is warmed.
