Apple Cobbler
My favorite time of the year for apple cobbler is after apple picking in the fall. However, there is no need to wait to make this apple dessert. From Easter brunch to Thanksgiving lunch, this dessert is a perfect compliment. While we also served apple crisps and apple crumbles, the fruit cobbler always remained the family favorite.
As we transitioned to a gluten-free diet, it was a no-brainer that a gf cobbler had to be created. We are excited to finally share our gluten-free apple cobbler that is celiac-safe without compromising on flavor!
