Our yogurt parfait cups is perfect for breakfast, packed in a lunchbox, or served as an after-school snack. Vanilla yogurt is layered with fresh fruit cut into adorable heart shapes that takes almost no time at all to prep.

We chose peaches, bananas, strawberries and watermelon as the fruits for our parfait cups. It is a tasty combination! Swap out these fruits for blueberries, raspberries, grapes, or blackberries and top with granola if desired.
After you have selected your fruits, gather the remaining equipment and ingredients!

Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 1 banana, sliced sliced
- 8 strawberries
- 3 slices watermelon
- 1 peach, sliced
How To Make
Wash the fruits then place on a cutting board to prepare. These parfaits cups will be ready to serve in under 10 minutes!
Prepare the fruit for the parfait
Slice the banana into slices and chop the peach into chunks then set to the side. Use a small heart shaped cookie cutter to cut the watermelon.
For the fresh strawberries, slice a “V” into each strawberry to remove the stem. Slice against the “V” to make the heart shape.
Layer the fruit and yogurt
Add fruit to the bottom of a mason jar or plastic cup then top with yogurt. Continue to layer the fruit and yogurt until the container is full. Top off the parfait with fruit hearts.

We use vanilla non-fat or Greek yogurt for parfaits, which pairs extremely well with the fruit. Simply swap the vanilla with plain or any flavored yogurt like strawberry or blueberry if desired. Dairy free yogurt is also a delicious option.
