Our yogurt parfait cups is perfect for breakfast, packed in a lunchbox, or served as an after-school snack.Vanilla yogurt is layered with fresh fruit cut into adorable heart shapes that takes almost no time at all to prep.
⭐️Prepare the fruit for the parfait. Slice a "V" into strawberry to remove stem. Slice against "V" to make heart shape. Use a small heart shaped cookie cutter to cut watermelon.
8 strawberries
Layer the fruit and yogurt. Top with fruit hearts.
Swap out fresh fruit for blueberries, raspberries, grapes, or blackberries.
Swap fresh fruit for frozen berries, cherries, pineapple or mango.
Top with granola if desired.
Layer yogurt and fruit in mason jars or plastic cups.
