Crockpot stuffed pepper soup is a hearty dinner meal or a great side dish. Packed with bell peppers, sausage, tomatoes and rice, it's a family favorite!
⭐️Brown the sausage. Add olive oil to a medium skillet. Add the onions and saute until translucent. Add the garlic, stir. Add the ground sausage and cook until browned. Place the mixture into the crockpot.
Store in a container once completely cooled in the fridge up to 3 days or freezer in the freezer up to 3 months.
