Pan-fried sliced potatoes are quick to make and are the perfect complement to breakfast or dinner. Potatoes are sliced thin and then fried in oil and butter until they are golden brown. A kid favorite!
⭐️ Prep the potatoes. Rinse the potatoes. Slice into thin slices keeping them the same width so they cook evenly.
⭐️ Fry the potatoes. Heat the butter and oil in the skillet. Add the potatoes and let cook over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Flip and cook an additional 3 minutes or until golden brown.
