How To Make Taco Seasoning
Blend the spices
Add all the ingredients to a small mason jar with a lid or ziplock bag. Cover and shake.
Cook
To make tacos, add the seasoning blend to 1 pound of cooked and drained ground meat along with 3/4 cup of water. Cook for 1 -2 minutes until thickened. Serve hot.

Why do you need add cornstarch to the taco seasoning?

Hi Gayle! The cornstarch thickens the taco sauce. You can skip it if you’d like though.
