Crockpot meatloaf is flavor packed and easy to make using ground beef and stuffing mix. It's formed into a loaf in a foil lined slow cooker then left to cook all day.
⭐️ Mix the meatloaf. In a mixing bowl add the ground beef, milk, crushed stuffing mix and seasoning packet, eggs, salt, and pepper. Using clean hands mix well.
Line the crockpot with foil. Line your crockpot with tin foil, with the edges over the rim for easy removal. Place the beef mixture into the slow cooker and shape into a loaf. Brush the top with 1/2 of the chili sauce. Place the cover onto the crockpot.
1/4 cup chili sauce or ketchup
⭐️ Cook. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 2.5-3.5 hours. Brush with the other half of the chili sauce, slice, and serve hot.
1/4 cup chili sauce or ketchup
Notes
Using ground beef that is too lean can lead to dry meatloaf.
Store in the fridge up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Freeze whole or in individual slices to easily reheat.
Serve alongside any potato or veggie side dishes for a complete meal.
Use a meat thermometer to ensure the meatloaf is at 165°F before serving.
Swap ground beef for ground chicken, turkey, sausage or a combination.
