How To Make
In a mixing bowl add the ground beef, milk, crushed stuffing mix and seasoning packet, eggs, salt, and pepper. Using clean hands mix well.
Line your crockpot with tin foil, with the edges over the rim for easy removal.
Place the beef mixture into the slow cooker and shape into a loaf. Brush the top with 1/2 of the chili sauce. Place the cover onto the crockpot.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 2.5-3.5 hours. Brush with the other half of the chili sauce, slice, and serve hot.
