⭐️Heat the butter and oil. Add the butter and oil to a large skillet. Heat over medium heat until the butter is melted. Add the hashbrowns, spreading them out in the pan. Season with salt and pepper.
⭐️Cook the hashbrowns. Let the hashbrowns cook undisturbed for 3-4 minutes. Flip. Cook an additional 3-4 minutes. Serve hot.
