Frozen brussels sprouts in the air fryer are a quick and simple side dish any night of the week. Brussels sprouts are taken straight from the freezer, tossed with olive oil, fresh garlic, and salt and pepper then air fried until crisp and golden brown.
⭐️Preheat the air fryer then bake. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F. Place the brussels sprouts into the air fryer and air fry for 10 minutes. Flip the brussels sprouts then cook for an additional 8 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Reheating Instructions
Reheat in a preheated air fryer for 5-7 minutes or in the microwave in 30-second increments until hot.
