Gluten free edible cookie dough is a kid favorite. Made with coconut oil rather than butter, allergy friendly chocolate chips, and toasted flour, this is a go to recipe that's dairy-free.
1 1/2cupsgluten free flourtested with Cup4Cup and Bob's Red Mill
1cupcoconut oil ✅
1/2cupbrown sugar
1/3cupgranulated sugar
1teaspoonvanilla extract✅
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/2cupdairy free chocolate chips✅
Instructions
⭐️Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spread the flour onto a baking pan. Bake for 5 minutes. Let cool.

Blend the ingredients. Add the coconut oil, brown sugar, and granulated sugar to the mixing bowl. Blend until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Add the vanilla, flour, and salt. Blend until well mixed, scraping the sides as needed. Stir in the chocolate chips.

Serve. Serve right away at room temperature or scoop with a small cookies scoop and place into a container with lid. Once refrigerated the cookie dough bites will harden. Bring to room temperature to enjoy.
Notes
Freezer Instructions
Simply place the dough balls into a freezer safe container or Ziploc bag then store in the freezer for up to 3 months. When ready to eat, thaw at room temperature or enjoy straight from the freezer.

Coconut Dream - add in shredded coconut
Sprinkled - add in a heap of colored sugar
Chocolate Raisin - along with the chocolate chips, mix in raisins or chocolate covered raisins

Cookies & Cream - crumble gluten-free Oreos into the cookie dough
Sugar - omit the chocolate chips and enjoy without mix-ins
