Instructions
Assemble ingredients in the Crockpot. Layer potatoes, carrots, chicken thighs, french onion soup, and dry ranch dressing in the slow cooker.
3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, 24 ounces petite red potatoes, 2 cups baby carrots, 10.5 ounce can french onion soup, 1 ounce packet dry ranch dressing
Cook. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours or until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165°F.
