Waffle Cone Fruit Cups are a simple and fun treat. Fruit waffle cones are dipped in melted chocolate then filled with fresh fruit for a healthy dessert idea any day of the week.

⭐️Melt the chocolate and butterscotch chips. In a medium-sized bowl, add chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. Microwave for 1 minute then stir. Continue to microwave in 20-second increments, stirring each time, until melted.
1/2 cup chocolate chips, 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
Dip the cones. Dip the waffle cone into melted chocolate and set it aside on a tray lined with wax paper. Repeat for all cones. Set aside and let the chocolate dry.

Blend the fruit and fill the cones. Mix strawberries, grapes, and blueberries in a medium-sized bowl. Spoon fruit into waffle cones, once the chocolate is dry.
1 carton strawberries, 1 large bunch grapes, 1 carton blueberries
Serve. Drizzle with leftover chocolate sauce. Reheat the chocolate sauce if it has hardened. To display cones, use a strainer to stand them upright.

To help chocolate dry quicker, place the tray in the freezer for 10 minutes
You can add whipped topping, shredded coconut, mini chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, or crumbled gluten-free Oreos along with the fruit in the cone. It is also fun to roll the chocolate cone in sprinkles, graham cracker crumbs or nuts before the chocolate dries.
