Our gluten-free bran muffins made with applesauce are a great high-fiber muffin recipe for kids. Using stabilized rice bran, gluten-free flour, almond flour, and flax seeds, they are a delicious source of fiber for kids and adults!
Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Fold the flour mixture into wet ingredients. Divide batter between muffin tins.
⭐️Bake. Bake 20 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
