Instructions
Place the chicken into the crockpot.
Place the chicken thighs into the crockpot, pour the beer in, sprinkle spices on top.
8 bone in chicken thighs,
6 oz. beer,
1 tsp. garlic powder,
1 tsp. onion powder,
1 tsp. paprika,
1 tsp. salt,
1/2 tsp. pepper
Cook.
For thawed chicken, cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-4 hours.
For Frozen Chicken Thighs in the Crock Pot
Cook for 8-10 hours on low or 4-6 hours on high.
Notes
Broil for crispy skin
To get crispy skin, simply place the chicken thighs onto a baking pan and broil for 2-3 minutes!
