Preheat your air fryer to 325°F. Line air fryer tray with parchment paper.
Prep the bananas. Cut bananas into thin slices. Place bananas on parchment paper in a single layer. Spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Air Fry. Air fry for 8 minutes, flip and spray with additional nonstick cooking spray then cook for an additional 4-6 minutes or until bananas are browned and crispy. They may not all get super crispy, some will be softer in the center, but still delicious!
Toss banana slices with pineapple juice or orange juice. Drain. Place bananas in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking pan. Bake at 250° F for 2 hours.
