Wash and slice the apples. Slice the apples into thin slices and spread onto a baking sheet or platter.
4 apples
Layer the peanut butter and granola section. Place peanut butter into a microwave save bowl and heat for about 30 seconds. Drizzle the peanut butter onto a third of the apples. Sprinkle with granola.
Layer the yogurt and the chocolate chip section. Blend the yogurt with a little water to thin to a consistency that allows it to be drizzled onto the apples (about 2 teaspoons). Drizzle a third of the apples with the yogurt, then top with mini chocolate chips.
Layer the caramel and toffee section. Place the caramel into a microwave-safe dish and heat for 10-15 seconds. If it needs to be thinned, add a little milk then stir well. Drizzle over the last third of the apples. Sprinkle with the toffee bits.

Notes
If you’re not serving the apple nachos immediately, place the apple slices in a bowl of water mixed with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice for about a minute to help prevent browning before topping with the other ingredients.
