Prep the pancakes. Let the pancakes cool. Stack them with a piece of parchment paper in between each pancake or freeze them individually on a baking sheet.

Place into ziplock. Place stacked pancakes into the freezer bag, seal then freeze. If freezing pancakes on a baking sheet, remove them once frozen and place them into a ziplock freezer bag. Label with the date.
Serve. Reheat and enjoy! We prefer reheating in the microwave, but you can use a toaster oven as well.
