⭐️Melt the butter. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Crack the eggs carefully into the pan once the butter is melted. Season with salt and pepper.

⭐️Cook. Cook the eggs for 2 minutes or until the whites are almost set, but not quite right next to the yolk. Carefully flip the eggs taking care not to break open the yolk. Cook for an additional 30 seconds.
Serve. Serve hot.
