Roasted frozen broccoli turns a bag of frozen broccoli into crispy and delicious broccoli that kids love! Frozen broccoli is baked at 450° and flipped halfway through. The end result is just as good as roasted fresh broccoli!
Preheat the oven. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Place the parchment paper lined baking sheet into the oven to heat while the oven preheats.
⭐️Place broccoli onto the baking tray. Carefully remove the hot baking sheet from the oven. Place the broccoli onto the tray. Spray well with avocado cooking spray or another high-heat spray. Sprinkle with salt.
10 ounce frozen broccoli, avocado cooking spray, coarsely ground salt
⭐️Bake. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove and flip the broccoli. Continue cooking for another 5-10 minutes or until crisp and browned. Serve hot.

Seasoning Suggestions
Lemon juice. Squeeze 1/2 lemon over the top of the broccoli after roasting.
Garlic. Sprinkle garlic salt or garlic powder over the top of roasted broccoli or toss fresh sliced garlic on the baking tray prior to roasting.
Pepper. Sprinkle white or black pepper on the top of the broccoli florets.
Parmesan cheese. Add grated or shredded parmesan cheese after roasting.
Red pepper flakes. A great addition after roasting if looking to add a hint of spice.
For the fridge: Once completely cool, store in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge.For the freezer: Roasted broccoli can be cooled then stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.To reheat: Return broccoli from either the fridge or freezer back to a preheated baking sheet then bake until crisp.
