Grilled spaghetti squash is super simple to make and the flavor is amazing. Simply cut the squash, oil the squash, and grill. Don't overlook putting this vegetable on the grill, you won't be disappointed!
⭐️Heat the grill or grill pan. Heat the grill or grill pan to medium heat.
⭐️Prepare the squash. Wash the squash under running water. Cut the stem off then slice in half horizontally. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon.

⭐️Oil the squash and cook. Spray the cut portion of the squash with avocado oil spray or brush with a high heat oil. Place cut side down onto the hot grill or grill pan. Cook for 25-30 minutes or until the squash is fork-tender.
Serve. Remove the squash and cool for 5 minutes. Using a fork, remove the cooked squash from the shell. Season with coarse salt, freshly cracked pepper, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes
On average, it should take between 25-30 minutes for a medium-sized squash to cook. If cooking a small or large squash, simply adjust the cooking time by 5-10 minutes either direction. When the squash is fork-tender, it is done cooking.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Simply reheat in the microwave or incorporate into another recipe.
To select a spaghetti squash, look for one that is shiny and yellow without blemishes, bruises or cracks. Stear away from spaghetti squash that is yellow or green in color as these are not ripe.
