⭐️Blend the yogurt and marshmallow fluff. To a mixing bowl add the Greek yogurt, marshmallow fluff, and vanilla. Use a handheld mixer to combine well.
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff, 1 teaspoon vanilla
Fold in the cool whip. Add the cool whip to the mixture and fold gently to combine.
1 cup cool whip
Serve. Serve with your favorite fresh fruit. Chill the fruit dip until serving. Best if used within a few hours.
Notes
Store leftover fruit dip in an air-tight container for up to 5 days in the fridge.
We have found that this dip is best served within a few hours of making. The fruit platter could be prepped in advance and stored in the fridge overnight until ready to serve.
Swap the vanilla extract with almond extract if desired. You will use want to use half the amount of almond extract as vanilla. So, for a single batch of this recipe, use 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract.
Dip any fresh fruit that may turn brown (such as apple slices) into lemon or lime juice or squeeze the juice over the top of the fruit.
