Our gluten-free pasta salad is simple to make and features simple ingredients kids love. Made with an easy mayo-based dressing this pasta salad is also dairy-free.
⭐️ Boil the pasta. Boil the pasta using the box instructions. Drain then place into a mixing bowl and let cool.
8 ounces gluten-free rotini
Combine the mayo and seasonings. In a mixing bowl whisk together the mayo, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
1 cup mayo, 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt
Combine the pasta and dressing. Add the dressing to the pasta and gently combine. Add the olives, tomatoes, salami, and cucumber. Stir well. Chill until ready to serve.

Notes
Zucchini, sun dried tomatoes, shredded carrots, green beans, squash, broccoli, cauliflower and/orbell peppers all make great additions to this pasta salad.
We prefer to cook the pasta al dente then rinse with cold water and let cool. Wait to add the dressing, meat and veggies until the pasta is completely cool for best results.
Make a day ahead then store in the fridge in an airtight container until ready to serve.
