Our dairy-free ranch dressing recipe is super simple to make at home and tastes just as great as any store-bought variety. Made with mayo, soy milk, plenty of fresh garlic, and seasonings, this will become a go-to dressing recipe!
Combine the ingredients. To a mixing bowl add the mayo, soy milk, garlic, vinegar, lemon juice, parsley, onion powder, dill, salt, and pepper. Whisk to blend.
1 cup mayo, 1/4 cup soy milk, 2 large cloves garlic, minced, 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon parsley, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon dill, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Serve and store. Serve on your favorite salad, use a a vegetable dip, or on a wrap or sandwich. Store in an air-tight container with a lid in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
