Notes
Best Baking Apples: apples that hold their shape during baking such as Golden Delicious, Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, Gala, Pink Lady or Jonagold. For our recipe, we use a combination of sweet Honeycrisps and tart Granny Smiths for the perfection combination of flavors. Storing Cobbler: leftovers can be stored in the fridge in a container or covered with foil for up to 5 days. Enjoy chilled or reheat in the microwave or oven until hot. We do not recommend freezing leftovers as the cobbler will be soggy when reheated. Serving Cobbler: serve warm with a scoop of ice cream or homemade whipped cream. Cobbler is also delicious drizzled with caramel sauce or topped with toasted walnuts or pecans.CCK Features both Gluten-Free Guidance and Kids Cooking Instructions: If you're new to eating gluten-free we understand it's overwhelming trying to figure out which foods may contain gluten and which ones don't.
