Preheat the oven. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line the baking pan with tinfoil for quick cleanup.
Combine the ingredients. In a large bowl combine the chicken, bread crumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, pickle relish, dijon mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Use clean hands to blend until combined.
Form the chicken burgers. Divide the meat mixture into 5ths. Form into a patty, gently pushing down to flatten, indenting the center just a little. Repeat.
⭐️ Bake. Bake the burgers for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature hits 165°F.
Serve. Serve hot on buns with lettuce, pickles, and tomatoes if desired.
