Our gluten and dairy-free waffle recipe is easy to make and cooks in just 5 minutes. Made with gluten-free flour, coconut flour, and soy milk you can mix the dry ingredients and store them for later, adding the wet ingredients once ready to make.

Makes: 6inch6 x 6inch round, 1inch height
Instructions
⭐️Preheat the waffle iron. Preheat the waffle iron. Spray both sides with nonstick cooking spray before adding the batter.
Blend the ingredients. To a medium-sized mixing bowl add the gluten-free flour, coconut flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Blend. Add the soy milk, oil, and egg. Whisk until just blended.
1 cup gluten-free flour, 1/2 cup coconut flour, 2 teaspoons granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 1/2 cups soy milk, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, 1 large egg
⭐️Cook. Using a 1 cup measuring cup, scoop batter about 3/4 full. Pour onto hot griddle. Using a spatula or spoon gently spread the batter throughout the whole griddle plate. Cook for a total of 5 minutes, flipping halfway if your waffle iron turns.
Serve. Serve with dairy-free butter, syrup, and fresh fruit.
