Gluten-Free Monkey bread will quickly become a family favorite. Made quickly using a prepackaged mix with added spices and a caramel glaze. This is a kid favorite! Dairy-Free.
11.36ouncebox Red Lobster gluten free cheddar bay biscuit mix
1cupcool water
1/2cupgranulated sugar
1teaspooncinnamon✅
3/4cupbrown sugar
1/2cupdairy-free butter, melted✅ tested with Earth Balance
1teaspoonvanilla extract✅
Instructions
Preheat the oven. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Prepare the pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix the biscuits and blend the sugar. From the box of cheddar bay biscuits remove the flour mix and set aside the seasoning packet. You can throw that away or use it for something else. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour mix with cool water, stirring until combined. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar with the cinnamon.

Coat the biscuits in sugar. Using clean hands or a spoon, scoop about a 1 tablespoon portion of dough. Roll it gently into a ball and coat it in the sugar mixture. Place into the prepared bundt pan. Repeat until all the biscuit dough is used.
Prepare the caramel sauce. In a small mixing bowl combine the brown sugar with the melted butter and vanilla. Pour over the biscuit dough.
3/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup dairy-free butter, melted, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⭐️Bake. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let rest for 5 minutes then turn oven onto a serving platter. Use a metal spatula to go around the edges to loosen the bread. If some of it sticks, use the spatula to remove from the pan and place onto the bread filling in the gaps.
Serve. Serve hot as is or top with a gluten free icing.
Notes
Bake in a loaf pan or muffin tin if a Bundt pan is unavailable
Make up to a day in advance to store in the fridge covered until ready to bake
Store leftovers in the fridge covered for up to 5 days and enjoy chilled or reheated
