Our homemade gluten free chicken nuggets will quickly become a favorite lunch. Made with ground chicken and seasonings, coated with gluten free Bisquick then baked into baked chicken nuggets just like McDonalds.
Form the chicken nuggets. Use a cookie scooper to divide out the chicken mixture and roll into a ball. Dip into the whisked egg, roll into the Bisquick mixture, form into a chicken nugget shape, then dip into the egg again and place onto the wire rack. Repeat until mixture is gone.

⭐️ Bake. Bake the chicken nuggets for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165°F.
Make a double batch then freeze the leftovers by letting the nuggets completely cool then packing in a large freezer Ziploc bag. Reheat in the microwave or crisp in the oven when ready to eat.
Store homemade nuggets in the fridge for up to 3 days in an air tight container.
