Gluten Free Chicken Casserole is a quick and easy dinner idea that the whole family will enjoy. Packed with chicken, frozen broccoli, shredded cheese and cream cheese then baked into a super creamy casserole.
10.5ouncecan gluten-free cream of chicken soupWe used Pacific Foods Organic
1cupplain Greek yogurt✅
1cupshredded cheddar cheese✅
4ouncescream cheese, softened✅
3clovesgarlic, minced
1teaspoondried minced onion✅
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/4cupgluten-free bread crumbsWe used Ian's Natural Foods Italian Style
Instructions
Preheat the oven. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Blend the ingredients together. In a large bowl combine the chicken, broccoli, cream of chicken soup, yogurt, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic, minced onion, and salt. Stir well. Add to 9 x 13 inch pan.
Add bread crumbs and bake. Add the breadcrumbs then bake for 30-40 minutes.
