Add ingredients to the ziplock bag. Add the tofu, banana, peanut butter, and ground flax seeds to the ziplock bag. Remove air and seal. Write on the outside to add 1 cup of milk. Freeze.
3 ounces tofu, drained and cubed, 1 small banana, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds, 1 cup almond milk
⭐️Blend the smoothie. When ready to make the smoothie, pour the frozen contents into a blender. Add the milk of choice. Puree and serve. We like garnishing with a banana slice and a dab of peanut butter.

Smoothie Freezer Packs:
Add smoothie ingredients to freezer bag (except the milk).
Remove air and seal bag.
Place in freezer for up to 3 months.
