No-bake cookie dough bites are a delicious cookie dough recipe that can be eaten raw. Oatmeal cookie dough bites are made with just 6 ingredients you likely have in your pantry. These are a kid favorite! Gluten-free.
⭐️Make the oat flour. Add quick-cooking oats to your food processor or blender. Blend until the oats look like the texture of flour. Remove and set aside.
4 cups quick-cook oats
⭐️Mix the ingredients. To the food processor or blender add the butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Puree until it comes together. It will look like sand before combining together.
5 tablespoons butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, ½ teaspoon salt
⭐️Blend in the sweetened condensed milk. Add sweetened condensed milk to the butter mixture. Blend well.
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
⭐️Add the oats. Add the oat flour, blending until combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips. Add chocolate chips, stirring by hand until mixed.
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Chill. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour then use a cookie scooper, scoop dough into small balls then roll the dough in your hands into a ball. Continue until all dough is rolled. Store in the refrigerator.

Use raisins, dried cranberries, crushed gf Oreos, sprinkles, mini chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, or even toffee bits to create different flavors.
Create chocolate covered cookie dough bites by dipping the dough balls into melted chocolate then placing on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
