Instructions
Place ingredients into the intant pot or slow cooker. Place beef into instant pot. Add beef broth, french onion soup, beer, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
4 pounds rump roast, 14.5 ounces beef broth, 10.5 ounces French onion soup, 1 can light gluten-free beer, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 2 teaspoons salt
Cook. Cook in the instant pot on high pressure for 1.5 hours or in a slow cooker on low for 8-10 hours. If using an instant pot you can either do a natural release or turn to venting for quick release once the cooking time is up.
⭐️Shred the meat. Remove any visible fat. Slice or shred.
⭐️Turn on broiler. Spread rolls with butter or mayo. Broil for 2-3 minutes or until the bread starts to brown. Serve meat on crusty rolls with an individual side dish of the au jus juice for dipping.
