Crockpot Green Bean Casserole is a staple midwestern holiday dish. Made with canned green beans, cream soup, and french fried onions this simple crockpot recipe can be made ahead of time, then cooked the next day saving time and oven space. Gluten-free.

Instructions
Combine the ingredients for the sauce. In a medium bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper
2 10.5 ounce cans cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup 2% milk, 1 small onion, diced, 2-3 cloves garlic, minced, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Combine the green beans and sauce. Place green bean into the bottom of the crockpot. Pour the sauce on top of green beans and gently stir.
4 16 ounce cans green beans, drained
Cook. Cook on high for 2-4 hours or low for 4-6 hours. Before serving, sprinkle French fried onions on top if using.
