Assemble to wrap. Spread the dressing on the wrap. Sprinkle with shredded cheese then top with spinach and turkey. Add carrots horizontally across the bottom of the tortilla to get them to roll up in the middle.
1 gluten free tortilla or wrap, 2 ounces turkey meat, 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 tablespoons shredded carrots, 4-5 spinach leaves, 1 tablespoon hummus, ranch, or mayo
⭐️Roll and serve. Carefully start rolling the end of the wrap with the carrots over itself, rolling tightly as you go. Slice into pieces and place in a plastic lunchbox container, serve with chopsticks for added fun!
