Notes
Top fish tacos with shredded green and/or purple cabbage. A bag of precut coleslaw can also be used as slaw for fish tacos.
Serve with a spinach base topped with the baked cod, the guacamole, then drizzled with lime juice.
Swap the cod with salmon, shrimp, mahi mahi or another white fish such as haddock or tilapia.
Purchase pre-made guacamole if in a pinch or you are unable to find ripe avocados.
Drizzle with a dressing to elevate the flavor. We love alemon dressing, especially when making grilled fish tacos.
The yogurt helps to make the guacamole creamy and sweet but can be omitted as an ingredient or swapped with a plain yogurt if desired.
