Looking for a healthy dessert idea? Our lemon curd trifle is just the recipe you need to try. It may look complicated, but it's simple to make and so delicious to eat.
Blend the yogurt mixture. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt and lemon curd. Set aside.
32 ounces plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup lemon curd
⭐️Assemble. Layer 1/2 of the vanilla wafers on the bottom of the trifle dish. Arrange strawberries around the bottom of the dish. Drizzle with 1/2 of the yogurt mix. Top with 1/2 of the Cool Whip. Repeat layers.
Substitute blueberries, raspberries or blackberries in place of the strawberries. A mixed berry trifle is also a variation to consider.
