Gluten-free granola is a healthy and delicious breakfast or snack option. Packed with nutritious ingredients like nuts, seeds, and dried fruit, this granola is not only delicious but also perfect for anyone with a gluten sensitivity or celiac disease.
Preheat the oven and prep the pan. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Place parchment paper on the baking pan, and set aside.
Combine the granola. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the oats, nuts, and pumpkin seeds then pour the whisked egg white and stir well to combine.
4 cups certified gluten-free oats, 1 cup pecans, 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, 1 large egg white, whisked
Combine the other ingredients. In a small bowl, combine honey, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt. Pour the mixture onto the granola and mix well. place onto the parchment paper.

⭐️Bake. Bake for 15 minutes then stir. Continue to cook for an additional 20 minutes stirring halfway through.
Cool. Let cool, then break the granola apart and add the craisins and mini chocolate chips. Store in an air tight container.
