2stalkscelery, chopped

1/2teaspoonpepper✅

Instructions
Rinse the beans. Rinse dry beans underwater and discard any small stones or shriveled beans.
4 cups dry beans
Combine the ingredients in the crockpot. Place the chicken stock, diced tomatoes, rinsed beans, carrots, celery, garlic, bay leaf, salt, onion powder, and pepper into the slow cooker. Stir.
⭐️Cook. Cook on high for 6-8 hours, or until beans are soft. Stir in the spinach.
