Learn how to freeze strawberries whole which is super simple and a great way to cut back on food waste. Use frozen strawberries in smoothies, desserts such as ice cream, sorbet, or baked goods and quick bread.
⭐️Wash and trim the berries. Place the strawberries into the colander and rinse them well. Place them onto the cutting board and trim off the tops. Freeze the berries. Place the trimmed berries onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Freeze for at least 1 hour. Place into a ziplock bag, remove any air, then freeze.
