Our three ingredient crockpot pork chops are simple and flavor-packed! Made with cream of mushroom soup and soda this pork tenderizes as it bakes. A kid favorite!
Combine the ingredients. Add the pork chops to the bottom of the crockpot. Add the soup and the coca cola on top or the chops. Cover.
1 pound pork chops, 10.5 ounce cream of mushroom soup, 7.5 ounces coca cola
Cook. Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 6-8 hours.

Tips
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Wait to store until completely cool then place in an airtight container or Ziploc bag.
To reheatfrom the fridge, microwave in 30-second increments until warm.
To reheat from the freezer, it is best to thaw overnight in the fridge then microwave until warm.
Serve pork chops with potatoes, rice, rolls, crusty bread, vegetables or your favorite side dish.
Make up to a day ahead by assembling the ingredients in the crockpot and storing in the fridge before placing the insert in the base of the slow cooker the next morning.
Swap cream of mushroom soup with cream of chicken, cream of celery or cream of asparagus.
Swap coca cola with root beer, Dr. pepper or another dark soda.
