⭐️Melt the butter. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Crack the eggs carefully into the pan once the butter is melted. Season with salt and pepper. Cover the skillet with the lid.

⭐️Cook. Cook the eggs covered for 2.5 - 3.5 minutes or until the white is set. The yolk will be runny.
Serve. Serve hot.
