Our crockpot ranch chicken thighs is a quick and simple complete dinner made with juicy chicken thighs, ranch dressing mix, petite potatoes, and baby carrots. A kid-favorite!
Combine the sauce. In a medium-sized bowl combine the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and dry ranch dressing. Pour on top of the chicken in the crockpot. Place the lid on the crockpot.
10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 cup chicken broth, 1 ounce dry ranch packet
⭐️Cook. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

Swap cream of mushroom or celery for cream of chicken.
Swap thighs with chicken breasts, tenderloins or pork chops.
Serve reheated frozen leftovers with freshly cooked red potatoes, dinner rolls, rice or vegetables.
