Our no bake cookies without peanut butter is a chocolate-filled drop cookie that kids love! Made with certified gluten-free oats and cocoa powder this cookie is boiled on the stovetop and then spooned onto parchment paper to harden.
⭐️ Boil the mixture. In a large stockpot add the sugar, butter, and milk. Bring to a rolling boil over medium-low heat. Once boiling, cook for 1 minute.
2 cups granulated sugar, 1 stick butter, 1/2 cup milk
⭐️ Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Remove the stockpot from heat. Stir in the cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt. Add the oats and stir well.
Form the cookies. Using a cookie scoop or spoons drop the batter onto the parchment paper and let cool.

Storage Instructions
Store in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Pull straight from the freezer or thaw in the fridge overnight if desired.
