Air fryer Brussels spouts are a quick and easy way to make this delicious side dish. Brussel sprouts are tossed with olive oil, salt, and pepper and baked to crispy perfection.
⭐️ Prep the Brussels Sprouts. Wash the Brussels sprouts then trim the ends off along with any outer leaves that are dirty or wilted. Cut the sprouts in half or quarters if they are large.
1 pound brussels sprouts
Season the Brussels sprouts. Add the sprouts to a medium-sized mixing bowl. Add the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Pour onto the air fryer baking pan.
⭐️ Air Fry. Air fry for 6 minutes. Flip, then cook an additional 6 minutes for firm Brussels Sprouts. Continue cooking for 2-4 minutes for softer sprouts.

Seasoning Ideas
Spicy - add red pepper flakes with the salt or drizzle with sriracha sauce after frying
Sweet - drizzle with honey
Tangy - toss with balsamic vinegar or glaze after air frying
Cheese - top with parmesan or feta cheese
Vegetable - serve with a medley of veggies such as roasted or air fried butternut squash, carrots, sweet potatoes
Fruit - serve with roasted or sauteed apple chunks and cranberries
Storage & Reheating Instructions
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Enjoy the leftovers as a side dish or incorporate into your favorite soup, casserole or salad recipe. Freezing is not recommended. Reheat by warming in the microwave in 20-second increments or tossing back into a preheated air fryer to crisp.
