Prep the eggs. Add the eggs and salt to a large microwave-safe bowl. Fill the bowl with water 1/2 inch above the eggs.
4 large eggs, 2 teaspoons salt
⭐️Cook in the microwave. Heat the eggs for 10 minutes or until the water has been boiling for 6 minutes (for hard-boiled eggs).
⭐️Place into an ice bath. Carefully remove the bowl from the microwave with oven mitts. Use tongs to place the eggs immediately into the ice bath. Let chill for 3 minutes.

Tips
Submerging the eggs in water and adding salt is a MUST to prevent cracking/exploding eggs.
Add cooked eggs to an ice bath immediately to make peeling easier.
Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
Serve plain, seasoned or incorporated into a recipe.
