⭐️Melt the butter and add the eggs. In a nonstick skillet melt the butter over medium-low heat. Crack the eggs into the pan. Depending on the size of the pan you might need to cook 2 at a time. **If the egg white spread more than you'd like (fresh eggs don't spread as much), use the flipper to remove the excess egg white. Season with salt and pepper.
4 large eggs, 2 teaspoons butter, salt and pepper to taste
⭐️Cook. Cook for 3 minutes or until the egg whites are opaque. Carefully flip and cook an additional 2-3 minutes, until the edges start getting crispy. Gently press down on the center of the egg to ensure it's cooked through.
Serve. Serve eggs hot as is or on top of an English muffin or on avocado toast.

Store in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat as desired
Serve with bacon, sausage, gluten-free toast, sautéed veggies such as onions, mushrooms and bell peppers or with Sweet Potato Fries. It is especially tasty on an English muffin or avocado toast.
Over hard eggs are fried in a skillet where the whites are crispy, and yolk is hard.
Over medium eggs are fried in a skillet for a shorter time making the yolks somewhat runny.
Over easy eggs are fried for the least amount of time where the yolk is completely runny.
Sunny side up eggs are not flipped in the skillet and served with the yolk side up.
