⭐️ Turn the oven to broil and prep the chicken. Turn the oven to broil and let it preheat. Place chicken onto the cutting board and carefully slice it in half lengthwise. Place onto the baking tray.
1 pound chicken breasts
Combine the seasonings. In a small bowl combine the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush onto both sides of the chicken.
⭐️ Broil the chicken. Broil the chicken for 8 minutes or until the internal temperature hits 165°F. Top with parsley if desired.

Storing & Reheating Instructions
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days to then reheat in the microwave or under the broiler when desired. Leftover chicken can be served chilled.
